Author Guidelines
Authors are requested to submit manuscripts electronically online via https://e-journal.undikma.ac.id/index.php/mvj/login
Make sure your manuscript contains objectives that align with the MVJ. Please read Focus & Scope (https://e-journal.undikma.ac.id/index.php/mvj/fcs).
Journal manuscripts outside the scope of the journal will be returned to the author prior to review.
Manuscripts must be prepared using Microsoft Word. Provide figures in JPEG format and maintain a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. If using Microsoft software for image processing, ensure all signs and symbols are grouped within the figure. Figures and tables are arranged according to the template and numbered consecutively. Ensure all figures and tables have captions attached to them. The title should consist of a brief title and a complete description of the figure/table, including all symbols and abbreviations used.
The total length of the manuscript should not exceed 20 A4-sized pages, single-spaced.
A. Article Structure
1. Title
Must be concise and informative, written in English, no more than 20 words (10-20 words)
2. Author's identity
Contains the full name of each authors and check their names are accurately spelled. The authors affiliation is indicated with a lower-case superscript letter immediately after the authors name and in front of the institution addresses (full postal address including the country name).
Corresponding author
Clearly indicate the corresponding author and provide the e-mail address in the manuscript according to template. Ensure that the given e-mail address (phone number and fax) is valid and kept up date by the corresponding author.
Authors are requested to submit their manuscript electronically online via https://e-journal.undikma.ac.id/index.php/mvj/login. Be certain your manuscript contains suitable objectives to MVJ. Please read the Focus & Scope (https://e-journal.undikma.ac.id/index.php/mvj/about/editorialPolicies#focusAndScope) of the journal. Out of scope manuscript will be returned to authors prior review process.
Manuscript should be prepared using Microsoft Words. Supply the figures in JPEG format and keep to a minimum of 300 dpi. If using Microsoft software to process the figure, keep all signs and symbols grouped to the figures. Figures and tables are arranged according to MVJ template and numbered consecutively. Ensure all figures and tables has a caption attached to the figures/tables. A caption should comprise a brief title and a complete description of the figures/tables including all symbols and abbreviations used.
The total length of a manuscript is not more than 20 pages of A4 paper size at single space lines.
The papers should not have been previously published or is not being considered for publication elsewhere. Upon acceptance of an article, the authors will be asked to transfer the copyright of the article.
General Rules
a. Manuscripts should be written in English. Authors whose native language is not English are strongly advised to have their manuscripts checked by an English specialist colleague prior to submission. Manuscript submitted will be checked by the journal at a nominal cost invoiced to the author(s).
b. Manuscripts should be written by two or more authors. Manuscripts written by single author will not be processed.
c. Manuscripts should be typed on one side of the paper and in 1-column format with double spacing throughout.
d. The lines at all pages should be numbered in the left margin, beginning with number 1 (one) on the top of the first page. Paper size is A4 and a 3.0 cm margin of the page is desirable. Use the font “Times New Roman” 12 pt.
e. All tables and figures should be typed on separate pages and be numbered according to their sequence in the text.
f. Standard International (SI) units should be used. Weights and measures should be expressed in the metric system and temperatures in the Celsius scale.
g. Files should be saved in the format of the word processing software “word for windows” or “open text document”
h. Manuscripts should be submitted to web site https://e-journal.undikma.ac.id/index.php/mvj/index
i. Manuscripts that do not fulfill the requirements will not be processed any further.
A. Article Structure

ABSTRACT
Written in Bahasa Indonesia and English consisting of a maximum of 250 words with a maximum of 5 keywords. The abstract is prepared in single space of a single paragraph.
INTRODUCTION
The introduction should include the concept or background idea of the problem, the contribution of the study, the significance and implications of the study. The concept should be arranged systematically with the latest references that support why the study is crucial. The introduction should avoid redundancy or unnecessary citations that should be revealed in the discussion. References should be alphabetical order.
MATERIALS AND METHODS
Written without material and method subtitle. Materials and equipment are described on behalf of the manufacturer, chemical name and trade name. The methodology of the study is written briefly and accompanied with selected analysis.
Ethical approval
(All studies involving animals and applying invasive procedures to animals must state the Ethics Certificate Number and the Institution that recognizes the certificate. If the study did not involve animals, state the argument in this section accurately)
Study period and location
(Include the study period (month and year) it was conducted. The study location must also be included where the samples were collected, laboratory evaluation, and geographic location (if applicable))
Experimental design
(The study must include how the experimental design was carried out, population determination, sampling methods, ethical animal treatment during the study period, and euthanasia methods were carried out. Subheadings can be adjusted to the methods used by each study).
Evaluation
(All laboratory and field tests, observations, evaluations must be disclosed. The method must explain in detail and systematically the study procedure complete with equipments and materials (including product manufacturers, catalogs, companies, and countries of manufacture) so that it can be replicated by other studies in the future. Subheadings can be adjusted to the methods used by each study)
Data collection
(The study should include how the data were collected, the methods implemented, and the instruments used. The manufacturer of the instrument or machine should also be included (if applicable). Subheadings can be adjusted to the methods used by each study)
Data analysis
(The study should include how the data were tabulated, analyzed, what statistical standards were used to consider the results, and what software was applied. Formulas or equations may also be implemented in the data analysis)
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
The results are described sequentially, detailed and clear. The result is discussed in a scientific and rational manner supported with relevant scientific references.
CONCLUSIONS
The conclusions of the research results are stated briefly, solidly and clearly.

Sorted alphabetically and journal abbreviation is in accordance to internationally recognised rules i.e. ISI, CAS Core Journal Abbreviations. Cited literatures should not older than 10 years and book is limited to a maximum of 20% of the full bibliography.

The composition of the manuscript includes: Abstract, Introduction, Material and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgments, Declaration of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI), Author Contributions, Conflicts of Interest, and References.
