Gelora : Jurnal Pendidikan Olahraga dan Kesehatan IKIP Mataram

Gelora Journal: Journal of Sports and Health Education focuses on scientific publications covering the fields of physical education, sports, and health, with a scope of studies covering sports education and learning, sports health, competitive sports, recreation and physical activity, as well as traditional sports and sports issues based on local wisdom. This scope opens up opportunities for quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods research that contributes to the development of theory, coaching practice, innovation in learning models, and the improvement of physical activity and community fitness quality. Thus, this journal becomes a relevant academic platform for researchers, educators, coaches, and stakeholders who focus on the development of evidence-based sports and health science.

The Journal of Sports and Health Education, published by the Sports and Health Education Study Program and managed by the Faculty of Sports and Public Health (FIKKM) at the Mandalika University of Education (UNDIKMA), contains scientific articles in the form of research results and literature studies, available in both Indonesian and English. Published twice a year in March and September, covering the study of science and teaching in the field of sports and health.

On October 10, 2019, the merger of IKIP Mataram and the University of West Nusa Tenggara into Mandalika University of Education (UNDIKMA) resulted in a change to the name of the publisher of this journal, which was initially the Faculty of Sport and Health Education at IKIP Mataram, to the Faculty of Sport Science and Health Community. I'd like you to please read this guideline carefully. Every manuscript sent to the editorial office of the journal ought to follow the writing guidelines. If the manuscript does not meet the author guidelines or is written in a different format, the article will BE REJECTED before further review. Only submitted manuscripts that meet the journal's format will be processed further.
